Roger Broekhuizen (1974) was a securities trader at AOT N.V. and Intal Marketmakers. His 25 years of relevant work experience also includes asset management at Rabobank and Helliot Asset Management. For the past 15 years he has been registered with DNB and AFM as a director of an investment firm. Within the Fund he is responsible for the management of Smart Theta and specifically the investment policy. Roger is also registered with the DSI.
Alain de Haas (1972) worked for five years as an options trader on both the stock exchange floor and in the dealing room in Amsterdam. He has 25 years of relevant work experience. He worked for a large Dutch asset manager and has been registered with DNB and AFM as a director of an investment firm for 15 years. Within the Fund he is responsible for the management and specifically the investment policy of Smart Theta. Alain is registered with the DSI.
René van de Vondervoort (1968) is responsible for the investment policy and trading within Smart Theta. René has 31 years of relevant work experience. First as a Senior Investment Advisor at Private Banking Rabobank and then as CEO of Optietrading.com. More specifically, René has an enormous amount of proven experience and knowledge of options trading, he has completed an SPD study and is a NIBE SVV Senior Investment Advisor.
Björn van der Meulen (1981) studied Business Communication at Tilburg University. Since 2008 he has been involved in various companies in corporate communications and digital media. Within the Fund he is responsible for the relationship and communication with investors and other stakeholders. Björn is part of the management of Smart Theta.
Tim Hardeveld (1983) has been involved in various real estate projects during his career. He has also been active as an investor for over 15 years, specializing in real estate. Within the Fund he is responsible for everyday matters, legal aspects, compliance and risk management. Tim is part of the management of Smart Theta.
